I’m a Diabetes Specialist Podiatrist based in Cork, working in the Diabetes service at Mercy University Hospital and running my own private practice, FootPOD Podiatry Clinic.

I graduated from the University of Galway in 2014, and since then I’ve worked across both the HSE and private practice, gaining broad experience in everything from biomechanics to wound care. My main clinical interests lie in diabetes-related foot complications and vascular foot disease, where I’m passionate about helping patients stay mobile, healthy, and confident on their feet.

Outside of work, I’m a big believer in keeping active. I play hurling with Blackrock National Hurling Club and try to find time to hit the golf course whenever I can (with varying degrees of success!). I also have a keen interest in sports podiatry, particularly in the prevention and management of sports-related injuries.
